HOLIDAY LETS

Holiday Let Painting & Decorating

Fast, flexible repaints and touch-ups for holiday cottages and Airbnbs across Conwy and North Wales — scheduled around your booking calendar, not the other way round.

Every night a holiday let sits empty for redecorating is a lost booking. I work specifically around guest turnovers and off-season gaps, so your property goes back on the calendar looking its best without losing rental nights.

Whether it’s a full repaint between seasons, scuff marks and touch-ups after a busy summer of guests, or getting a new let guest-ready before its first booking, I plan the job around your availability — not mine.

Why holiday let owners choose me

Quick turnarounds that fit tight changeover windows, work outside a standard 9-to-5 when a booking gap falls on a weekend or evening, careful masking and protection around furniture and fittings already in place, and a fixed-price quote so there are no surprises eating into your margin.

What’s included

Full or partial repaints between bookings, scuff and scratch touch-ups after guest turnover, exterior refreshes for render, doors and fascias, and colour advice if you’re updating a listing’s photos. Full details on the services page.

How it works

Get in touch with your booking gaps and I’ll work out a schedule that fits. Most jobs are quoted within a day or two of a visit, and for smaller touch-up jobs I can often work from photos and measurements alone if a site visit isn’t practical between guests.

Common questions

How much notice do you need?
The more notice the better, but I know changeover windows can appear at short notice — get in touch as soon as a gap opens up and I’ll see what I can fit in.

Can you work around a tight guest turnover?
Yes — for smaller touch-up jobs I can often complete the work within a single changeover day. Bigger repaints need a longer gap, which I’ll talk through with you when quoting.

Do you need access to the property, or can you use a key safe?
Either works — whatever’s easiest for you. Just let me know how you’d like access arranged.
